Our FIT cancellation policy is 48 hrs prior to arrival and GIT (Group) cancellation policy will be one week before arrival date. Deposit will be need 50% of total room charges once the reservation is confirmed. Please note that if our guest were made for any cancellation, the deposit will not be refund.

All rooms type are based on two person (Adult sharing 2-ppl. If there there people, We will charge 10000 MMK. with existing bed. If guest request extra bed, we will charge 20000 MMK may apply. All together (Mix) 4 Adult/Ppl. Please kindly note that we do not have a triple room & family room.

Extra bed charges are 20000 MMK.

Child until (5) years is complementary and above (5) year of age will be entitled 5000 MMK, (Per room/per child and if two children in one room, second children may apply again.

All of our guest rooms are non-smoking and we do have a designated smoking area at out the hotel area.
